Payment Terms

Clear and transparent payment policies ensure a smooth experience for both clients and photographer. Please review the following terms before booking.

1. Pricing & Packages

All prices are listed on our Investment page. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice for future bookings.

2. Retainer & Booking

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. The retainer amount depends on the selected package and will be shown before payment. The session is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session date. Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

5. Late Fees

Payments received after the due date may delay your session confirmation or gallery delivery until the balance is settled.

6. Taxes

Sales tax is not currently applied to photography services in Washington State, but this may change per local regulations.
