Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens, and we understand. This policy outlines our approach to rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds to ensure fairness for both clients and our business.

1. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session more than 3 days before the shoot at no extra cost, subject to availability.

In the rare event we must cancel (illness, emergency, equipment failure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe or severely impact photo quality, we will reschedule at no charge. This includes heavy rain, high winds, or wildfire smoke.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Gallery access remains locked until balances are settled.
