By accessing or using JenaCphotography's website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a session.

1. Booking & Agreement

A session is officially booked once the retainer is received and the booking form is submitted. Both parties agree to the selected package details, date, time, and location.

2. Copyright & Image Usage

JenaCphotography retains full copyright ownership of all images created during your session. As the creator, we hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the work.

• Personal Use License: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes printing, sharing on personal social media, and creating personal albums or gifts.
• Commercial Use: Any commercial, promotional, or business-related use of the images requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees. Please contact us in advance to discuss options.
• Editing & Alterations: You may not edit, crop, apply filters, or use AI tools to alter the images. Our editing style is an integral part of the artistic service you purchased. Unauthorized modifications violate our copyright.
• Sharing & Credit: We encourage sharing! When posting online, please tag @jenacphotography and refrain from removing our subtle watermark (if applied).
• Photographer’s Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant us permission to use selected images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared according to the styling guide.
• Ensure all participants are present and ready at the agreed time.
• Provide accurate contact and session details.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, equipment failure, or client no-shows. In rare cases of lost/damaged files, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in King County, WA.
