Booking Terms

Thank you for choosing JenaCphotography. To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience, please review the following booking terms before confirming your session.

1. Booking Process & Confirmation

Sessions can be booked via our website contact form, email, or direct message. Your date and time are only secured once the retainer payment is received. Verbal or informal agreements do not guarantee availability.

2. Retainer & Contract

• A non-refundable retainer of $150 is required to hold your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session date.

3. Session Details & Punctuality

Session start times are strictly adhered to. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time, as subsequent bookings may be affected. Travel time within the Issaquah–North Bend service area is included. Locations outside this zone may incur a travel fee.

4. Client Responsibilities & Preparation

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your photoshoot to make sure you have enough time for parking, finding the spot and everybody is ready on time.
• Communicate any special needs, mobility concerns, or weather-related adjustments at least 48 hours in advance.
• Ensure minors are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Model Release & Image Usage

By booking, you grant JenaCphotography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform your photographer prior to your session. Your privacy and comfort always come first and will be fully respected.

6. Gallery Delivery & Revisions

• Edited high-resolution images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2-3 weeks for regular sessions.
• Every session includes:
  -Basic retouching- color& tone correction, cropping, exposure and contrast refinement.
  -Advanced retouching: Skin refinement, eye and facial enhancement, Hair and flyaway cleanup, teeth brightening, background improvements, wardrobe refinements and body and shape refinement.

7. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. Cancellations and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Weather-related reschedules are handled at no extra cost.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These booking terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved amicably first; if unresolved, they will be handled in King County, WA.
